If your pet passes away at a vet clinic

If your pet passes away at a vet clinic, notify your veterinarian that you wish to have the Pet Cremation Center of Southern Utah care for your pet.  We will pick-up your pet from the vet clinic, or you may bring your pet directly to our office.

Many local veterinarians have contracts with wholesale cremation providers in Las Vegas or other out-of-town locations. You have the right to make final arrangements for your pet with any provider of your choice.

Once your pet is under our care

Much like losing a human family member, the loss of a pet is emotional and personal.  For this reason, we recommend that you come into our office to make final arrangements with one of our caring funeral professionals.

During this appointment, you will sign a cremation authorization form, choose a cremation option, select an urn, and consider other keepsake items including clay paw prints, memorial jewelry, a memorial stone, etc.  If desired, we will also discuss options for a video tribute, memorial tribute (similar to an obituary), and permanent memorialization items, such as a grave marker.
