Let Us Introduce Ourselves

Pet Cremation Center of Southern Utah • February 27, 2023

Hello Southern Utah – I’m Larry Hansen. My business partner Russell Atkin and I are pleased to showcase The Pet Cremation Center of Southern Utah. Russ and I are licensed funeral directors and also the owners of Serenity Funeral Home and The Cremation Center of Southern Utah. Together, we have over fifty years of combined experience in funeral service. As established and trusted names in our profession, we maintain our funeral home and cremation center with the utmost professionalism, integrity, and dedication.

Over the past several years, we received many inquiries and noticed a need in our community for quality pet cremation services. We are pleased to announce we have expanded our business to include pet cremation.

As a division of Serenity Funeral Home and The Cremation Center of Southern Utah, The Pet Cremation Center of Southern Utah is located alongside our funeral home. The Cremation Center of Southern Utah has been in business since 2009. Two separate crematories are provided and are located on opposite ends of our building – one for humans and one for pets. The care for humans and animals is kept separate in all aspects – ethically and logistically. Both crematories are environmentally-friendly and state-of-the-art.

The Pet Cremation Center is located inside a beautiful, newly-remodeled facility that is warm and inviting – complete with a modern, light, and open floor plan featuring nature photography. Your beloved pet is under our professional care during the entire process and you will receive our personal attention.

Pets occupy an important place in our lives and in our hearts. Our goal is to help owners create fitting and memorable end-of-life services for their animal companions. The Pet Cremation Center of Southern Utah is a facility dedicated to caring for families facing the loss of a beloved pet.

Contact us today for more information at (435) 523-4800. We are located at 1316 S. 400 E., Ste. A3. Educational tours are available by appointment. The Pet Cremation Center of Southern Utah – pets are family too.
